We have developed these apps in PWA format to allow use over Android and IOS.
Where every care has been taken to make sure they work off line if needed, some phones may need an online boot to confirm the cache now and again.
This is just in case the app has updated or phone has cleared you cache/force stopped background apps.
This will not be an issue for 99.9% of users, however we wanted to be transparent and note it here.
